The latest developments in the EU and Turkeymarkets, the risks and opportunities related to legal framework were evaluatedat the event which organized to discuss Blockcha (Block chain) technology andstudies on electronic currencies in Europe and the world.

DigiliraTechnology Co-Founder Serkan Bayar stated that the block chain was seen as asecure virtual system built with followable but non-breaking chain model,allowing to operate without being connected to a center.
He said thatthere are many companies that are beginning to use this technology in ourcountry and that in the near future this technology can take place in allaspects of our life, such as financial services, payment services, e-stateservices and health services. He also shared the features and usage areas of Digilira,he is co-founder, with participants with a presentation.
AttorneyBatuhan Aytac talked about legal legislation and legal framework regarding thedigital money in his speech. He also shared European examples of digital moneywith the participants. Aytac said "Estonia announced that it will move toa virtual currency application called Estcoint, which enables transactions onthe Internet. With "e-residency" application, which lasts for morethan 3.5 years, it gives "digital citizenship" to people fromdifferent countries of the world.
