Our Chamber's quality policy is always provide quality service, meet with the principle of continuous improvement with comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System for needs and expectations of our members, employees, stakeholders and society within the framework of the laws. 

 

Communication and Communication Policy

To deliver to our members, stakeholders, society and target audience efficiently all kinds of information, suggestions and opinions which are needed by using up-to-date communication resources.

 

Information Security and Communication Technologies Policy

In line with the principles of confidentiality and accessibility, to ensure the security of information by following the developments in communication technologies in world conditions; maintain business continuity by using effectively of curent and reliable informations

 

Member Relations Policy

Managing the member satisfaction system with a member-oriented approach with under legal conditions, by determining the appropriate communication requirements for members in line with the principles of transparency, confidentiality, accountability and solution orientation and ensure to our members can convey their complaints, wishes and suggestions to the Chamber and ensure Chamber returns to our members in an objective, fair, fast and effective manner.

 

Human Resources Policy

To manage human resources in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Chamber and to ensure sustainability within the scope of the legal legislations by determining task competencies, selecting personnel, training personnel, providing qualifications for personnel, measuring personnel performance, making career planning, making studies to increase motivation

 

 Financial Policy

To effectively manage the authority and responsibilities determined within the scope of the legislation and financial resources which are needed to achieve its Strategic Goals and ensure continuity in line with the principles of accountability and transparency and within the framework of risk management

 

Occupational Health Safety Policy

To create a safe and healthy environment for everyone who may be affected by the realization of room activities by taking measures against possible dangers in accordance with the occupational health and safety legislation, continuously improving the occupational health and safety performance, increasing the level of awareness with trainings
